| Executive Chef Morrison Management Specialist, Inc. the leader in nutrition services contract management is seeking an Executive Chef for our retail effort along with patient food, catering services and purchasing. Oversees kitchen operation while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff. Prepares or directs preparation in meals accordance with corporate programs and guidelines. Will also plan regular and modified menus according to established guidelines. Experience and Education: Culinary graduate preferred with at least 5 years of successful proven culinary high volume management, but will consider individual with at least 7 years experience of management in same. Special diet knowledge, catering functions, operational food service required along with a proof of work portfolio. Skills: Individual must be creative, self motivated, with high customer satisfaction expectation and team management skills. | |
